In the United States, there has been an increase in the number of black and brown creatives who are making their voices heard on YouTube. Videos are being made in extraordinary ways that offer insight and organic connections. This video trend has increased on platforms and continues to be repurposed. Now, this video trend isn’t going away so how do we capitalize on the trend?

Well, start by creating phenomenal video descriptions that call people to action. Your time is now because anything is possible. In this blog, we will discuss what to explain in your video description. We will also let you know why it’s important for black creatives to write effective video descriptions on YouTube. Here are some brief examples of YouTube video titles:

  • “How Black & Brown Creatives Can Use YouTube To Create A Platform!”
  • “Dear Video Creatives, Wake Up and Dream!”
  • “What’s Up TV Creatives: Let’s Network!”

YouTube can be a great way to cover your content and generate interest. Explain your purpose in your video just like it’s written in your description. If you have a product or service, utilize the video description to explain the value you have as an asset. Put your video descriptions first!

Describe your value as a commodity that can be automated. The platform, YouTube has the ability to streamline your business with words. Your videos need insightful keywords that will spark people’s interests. Make sure your videos reach the required length of 8 minutes on YouTube as well.
